	Provides leadership, conducts National HIV Behavioral Surveillance (NHBS), strategic planning, the evaluation of prevention efforts, and policy implementation.
	Oversees Florida’s HIV counseling and testing programs, including the Expanded Testing Initiative (ETI) and Social Network Strategies (SNS). Maintains the Counseling, Testing, and Referral (CTR) sites database, 500/501 counselor training, and other CTR resources.
	Client centered linkage to care and treatment for those who are HIV+. The programs include the Corrections Program, Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI), and Targeted Outreach for Pregnant Women Act (TOPWA).
	Assistance with HIV/AIDS prevention interventions for people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA), high-risk negative persons and American Indian populations. Assesses community need and coordinates intervention and capacity building trainings, condom distribution, outreach, and maintains the educational materials database
	Reports Florida’s counseling and testing data to the CDC and contributes reporting data for Data at a Glance, annual reports and National data.
	Lead on community planning, community mobilization initiatives, faith, and media campaigns, including WeMaketheChange.com, Florida’s Business Response to AIDS (BRTA), and Sistas Organizing to Survive (SOS).
